$150.00

The purpose of this downloadable document, Employee Recommended Workplace Award Benchmarks, is to provide benchmarks for employers who participated in the Employee Recommended Workplace Award, developed by Morneau Shepell and The Globe and Mail, or any other companies or organizations that are interested in the findings from the Award Survey. You can read more about the winners at https://www.employeerecommended.com/2019-winners

This document aggregates the responses from the Employee Recommended Workplace Award Employee Survey for 2019 based on a company’s size -- small, medium or large. It outlines some of the key findings from the Survey, which examined four key pillars: work, life, mental health, and physical health.

Benchmarking is one method used to help organizational leaders evaluate their company’s performance compared to their peers. This information can be used to identify gaps in the company’s total health, and then the leadership team can focus their resources on that area in order to make improvements. As well, benchmarks can be used to measure the company’s year-over-year progress and to determine the impact of the company’s current strategy and workplace health and wellness programs.

To benefit from this document, it is recommended that companies that participated in the Employee Recommended Workplace Award in 2019 have their company’s Employer Report on hand so they can examine where their organization compares to organizations that are of a similar size.

The report also includes some key findings that were discovered when examining the total population that included the employee surveys from all organizations that participated in the Employee Recommended Workplace Award in 2019.
